C-Band spectrum rollout for 4G and 5G networks demands advanced multi-array antennas utilizing beam steering techniques to deliver quality of service and high data rates for cellular, enterprise, and industrial IoT applications. A beam steering antenna for the 3.5 GHz CBRS band has been developed utilizing MEMS switches that are configured with delay lines into a differential “all- electronic” phase shifter configuration allowing both horizontal and vertical antenna beam steering.
